Elopements/Intimate Weddings
Weddings have changed greatly over the past years. However, there is something so utterly romantic to have a personal exchange of vows to each other; whether toes in the sand, cowboy boots in pine needles, or sandals in the grass of your own backyard. Belle Flower Farm takes joy in creating wedding florals for all weddings. Convenient pickup at the farm, includes instructions on how to care for your florals. Some restrictions may apply during wedding season.
BFF FLOWER CART
Belle Flower Farm’s custom flower cart is a charming DIY activity or gathering spot for grab & go thank you bouquets.
- Your florals will be designed to coordinate with your event florals retelling your floral story.
- Supplies included will pertain to your choice of vase, market wrap or pre-assembled.
- Possibly include: tags or stickers to coordinate with your event, ribbon, floral snips, directions signage.
- Rental includes delivery, setup & breakdown + mileage fee.
- Base fees are determined by day of the week/date.
- Floral fees are determined by guest numbers & florals provided.
- Fee is reflective of discount for BFF Full Service Wedding couples.

No 2 | Getting to Know Each Other
Our initial consultation will provide us with the opportunity to chat about your vision, color palette, needs & budget. This is your opportunity to get to know us & our opportunity to get to know us & our opportunity to gather snippets from your story to allow us to personalize your florals.
No 3 | Your Proposal
Your proposal is unique to you! Your Floral Story will arrive with all the details discussed with your budget in mind. We are happy to make one revisit to make adjustment prior to the acceptance of your package proposal.
No 4 | Save the Date
Yay! We are so pleased to create and bring the magic of your Floral Story to life!
- Full Service Florals require a 30% deposit & signed returned contract. Your special day will be added to our calendar & we will prepare an Inspiration Board with samples for you. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your event. Additions to your story can be made up to your final payment. Additions include adjustments to table numbers, venue walk-through & styled rentals, We delight in creating your memories for a lifetime.
- A’la Carte & Intimate weddings require full payment at booking.
Belle Flower Farm also provides events florals & styling for showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, corporate & charity events.
Meet Pam Richey Curtis
During the whirl of raising our two sons, I continued to gather experiences that allowed for personal and professional growth, such as: nurturing a passion for gardening by tending to our family property, developing a successful Art Adventure program for my children’s elementary school, annual Family Arts Nights, styling and catering weddings, corporate and charitable events, and writing for local magazine featuring SW Washington artists.
Named after my great grandmother Laura Belle, Belle Flower Farm is a nod to childhood memories playing in her garden, pretending to marry under the rose arbor & looking for treasures in the greenhouse. The story continues from Laura Belle’s own floral business in Vancouver, Highland Florist, in the 1950’s, to continuing my own life’s purpose.
