We didn’t have a traditional dinner at our wedding, and going with a grazing table from Sprig & Spread turned out to be exactly the right call. The grazing table was exactly what we needed: something beautiful, generous, and flexible that let people eat what they wanted, when they wanted. It kept the energy flowing and the mood relaxed, and gave people space to move around, catch up with each other, and snack throughout the night without feeling like they were stuck in one place for a formal meal.

From the very beginning, working with Erica was a great experience. She was calm, thoughtful, and made the planning process feel approachable, even when we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted yet. She offered a wide range of menu options and was incredibly helpful in making recommendations that fit our needs and style. She also took allergies and dietary restrictions seriously, which we really appreciated. We had a number of guests who were vegetarian, gluten-free, or nut-free, and there were options for everyone that felt just as considered and delicious as the rest of the menu.

The food itself was fantastic–fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced–but what really stood out was the presentation. The grazing table was stunning. It completely transformed the space and genuinely felt like a centerpiece of the evening. Guests circled it all night. One of my favorite moments was hearing people ask if the brie tower was our wedding cake (it wasn’t, but it could have been–it was that pretty).

Erica is someone who clearly cares about the details, about her clients, and about creating something that feels personal. We felt totally taken care of, and the food and experience she created set such a warm, welcoming tone for the evening. Our story

The vision was born in grandma’s kitchen.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, Sprig & Spread was created in 2019 when our founder Michele began to professionally expand her heritage of hospitality outside the walls of her home. A third-generation American Italian, she inherited her love for creating delectable spreads from her Italian grandmother, Lucy.

At a young age, Michele recognized food as a central element in life’s sweetest moments. From a pot simmering on grandma’s stove, fresh Italian cookies in the cupboard, or olives curing in the back room, quality ingredients prepared with love would become her inspiration for Sprig & Spread.

Michele’s vision is shared by our entire team as we joyfully combine delicious food with meaningful events of all sizes. Whether you’re a bride, a business owner, or an individual, we would be honored to help make your next event a beautifully delicious memory for everyone involved.
