StoryBooth Experience was born from a simple idea that came to life in the summer of 2021, as the world began to gather again after the first wave of the pandemic. Having launched a local community podcast, founder Adam Short brought recording equipment to a family wedding to capture voices and conversations as a meaningful gift. Guests naturally stepped in to share stories, memories, and reflections, creating an intimate archive of voices that felt deeply human and necessary. The response was immediate and overwhelming. People didn’t just enjoy it. They felt connected by it. StoryBooth became a way to slow down, listen, and honor the people we love in real time.
Today, StoryBooth Experience has evolved into a thoughtfully designed mobile podcast and recording studio used at weddings, celebrations, and creative events. We transform your unforgettable event and life’s biggest moments into a memorable podcast series. Because in the end, all we have is each other and our stories. At StoryBooth, we’re not just recording moments—we’re celebrating and preserving our human connections.
The StoryBooth team is led by co-founders Adam Short, Creative Director and Lead Producer, and Dan Gummel, Technical Director and Audio Engineer, who together oversee the creative vision, production quality, and guest experience. Genesis Burton leads Public Relations and Social Media, shaping the brand’s voice, partnerships, and editorial presence. Elijah Burton, serving as Operations and Production, supports big-picture planning, logistics, and on-site execution, ensuring each installation runs seamlessly. A group of friends who genuinely enjoy working together, the team brings care, trust, and intention to every StoryBooth Experience.
