All coordination services include unlimited meetings and pre-event coordination time – No matter the size or complexity of the wedding, the most important and costly decisions are made in the first months of planning. Whether you are newly engaged, or overwhelmed & need help getting back on tract, having access to a full time planner throughout the entire process, empowers you to make decisions with confidence.
All professional discounts extended to Black Swan are passed on, in full, to the clients – Many vendors extend special pricing for Black Swan clients. These discounts are passed directly to the couple significantly increasing the capacity of their wedding budget.
Pricing is based on the complexity and size of the wedding, not a package – All clients have assess to the full array of services .

In a complimentary pre-planning consultation couples are invited to ignite their imaginations. They begin to define their vision, identify their priorities and develop an understanding of what resources will be needed to bring their vision to life. They leave empowered to take the next steps in planning with confidence. From this initial consult we can create a customized proposal tailored to your needs.
Boutique Weddings
Starting at $1,900.00
These intimate weddings, often less than 75 guests, allow couples to share a highly personalized experience with those who have most enriched their lives.
Casual Elegance
Starting at $3,600
Ideal for couples wishing to create a a wedding that is elegant but not pretentious. Often the venue is non traditional, a family farm or winery, and the guest count averages 100 – 150.
Grand Celebrations
Starting at $7,600.00
Showcasing breathtaking designs, these often feature multiple events, sangeet, mehndi, baraat, ceremony, garba and culturally specific menus. They incorporate more than one venue & usually span 2 days.
Wedding Confidential: DIY Planning Special $500
The most important and costly decisions are made in the first months of planning. This package helps couples define their vision, establish their priorities and make their decisions with confidence. Great for DIY brides!
